Today's Crime Report

Let me start by say that Quincy is no longer crated and the crate is only used for time out when he is misbehaving and is very seldom used. My boy Quincy is not a big chewer of things other than his toys, but he does seem to have a thing for hats. The other night we were sitting and watching TV and we noticed that Quincy had left the room and was gone for a while. DH when to see where he was and found Quincy was laying down, chewing happily on DH's hat and had chewed quite a nice hole in it. My DH picked up the hat and asked in a normal tone of voice "Quincy, did you do that"? at which point Quincy walked sheepishly and guiltily over to his crate and waited for me to open up the door so that he could go to doggy jail. I still laugh when I replay it in my head.



The convict has served his time and is presently on parole after receiving time off for good behaviour and being ordered to keep the peace and stay away from hats of all types.

The victim continues to do his job for DH who thinks that a chewed hat is funny and continues to wear it.

He does get away with murder, he has murdered quite a few rolls of tiolet tissue.

Halas doesn't punish himself, but he will make an effort to look extra sad if he thinks I'm disappointed with him. Which I never am. Unless he steals my underwear, but then he's having too much fun playing chase to take time to look sad. Quincy is adorable. They really know how to use their cuteness to their advantage.

LOVE the pictures!  Tori too has a thing for hats - and gloves... and socks... and shorts.. and most recently (last week) baseball leather - stitches and all.

Tori also punishes herself... she's really good at slinking away and climbing right in her crate...

Quincy-can you be Chloe's friend and play doodle see doodle do??? She never fesses up but awesome job on going peacefully to his punishment!! VERY FUNNY!!!!!

Haley doesn't know what guilt is!!!  Two other words he doesn't know are "bad" and "shame".  And, the cocept of punishment is something he has not experienced.

I know whenever my guys leave my side they're getting in trouble.  We need a picture of your DH wearing the "victim".  I don't know....Quincy is looking pretty cute and innocent in these pictures.  I think he should have been allowed to appeal.

OK, you asked for it, my DH has no problem wearing his newly styled hat. The good thing is when we are out walking people at looking at Quincy and not at that hat.
