Posted about this weeks ago...someone wanted to know if/when I ever received it. Happy to say, it did come in today. $25 on 12 doses. It take about 12 weeks to come in.

Good to know! Thanks for the update. I sent in my rebate (over the internet) about 3 weeks ago. Previous attempts to get a rebate via mail never came through. I've got my fingers crossed this time!

I actually called them the other day.  Spoke with a very nice and helpful woman, who said they had received my submission via internet and the check was in the mail  I was a tad skeptical, since you said you had never rec. yours.  She did say checks had just been sent and the next mailing was Oct.3.   Guess that's why it takes so  long! 

  I have a number to call if you don't gets yours in a timely fashion ( 8-10 weeks)

I've got it on my calendar to expect a check by Oct. 23rd. If nothing comes through by then I'll call. Okay, I just tracked my submission number through their Novartis Animal Health site and it shows $25 was issued on 9/15/14 through a prepaid card. Maybe it will also be mailed on Oct. 3rd. I guess we'll see!

Yup...I had called about a week ago today and got it on Saturday.  They told me if I didn't get it by Monday, to give them a call and they'd issue another.

It will be interesting to see what I end up with, a prepaid card or a check. Either way, it doesn't matter to me :)

I just wanted to give an update on my rebate. I received my prepaid card yesterday in the mail. YAY!!
