Let's start by asking the age of your puppy?

Have you heard of potty bells?  Are you watching the puppy closely?

hi there she is 20 weeks today? no i haven't and she is trained in the crate and will not go in there its when she come in from the garden of a walk we will have a play and she will wee inside?

How many days in the past has she gone without an accident? Did she just recently start having accidents? I ask because it may be possible she has a UTI.
Hi there thanks for your reply well she has always gone quite often and as already been treated for a uti once but it's not that often! When I am at home she has run of front room and garden and she goes in her crate a little through the day and never has any accidents its when we r at work at mums I am a childminder and she is crated then and I put her out as soon as she wakes or after food she goes out for two 1 and half hour walks whilst I am at work and come with us and children when she can so have I got to start all over again? I am at vets tomorrow so will get a wee sample to take with me?
Well, if she has access to outside during the day, she's probably doing her business there. When you say she's always gone quite often, do you mean accidents in the house, or just in general? Definitely ask your vet to do a urinalysis. You may want to check with him/her first, but you probably won't need to take a sample. They have their ways of getting a one themselves.
Hi there yeah she has always gone often even in the house it used to be on carpet as well as laminate but now she just goes on there as soon as her feet hit the cold floor! Yeah i watch her when she goes in the garden so o know she has been!

I am not sure I understood, but you need to take them out after playing with them - moving around in play gets that pee urge going.  Also, I would be taking her out to pee about every 30 minutes when she is out of the crate.  I would make sure to see that she pees when outside so you are aware that she did go.

At this age, there are still a few accidents.  They still are babies. Take her out every half hour and do get some potty bells.

Potty bells are a life saver. In a busy household, we tend to miss the cues of our dogs. If she learns to use the potty bells, she can communicate to you when she needs to go out. My dog is almost 7. Just now, I was busy, and he went to the door and rang his bells. He needs to go out

Hi there ok that sounds good and I will purchase some bells de does go to the door and bark it scratch at it for a Poop but it's just the wee she will ask sometimes but not all! Thanks for ur input ☺️

the bells take some time too.  So, do work on the commands ' Touch'.  Each time you both go out that door, have her touch the bells. Eventually, she should understand this concept.

When you do go outside, make sure she goes before you bring her back in

I say, it is around 5 months the potty thing should be pretty much understood

That's I am definitely going to buy some that's for all your advise x

I'm just seeing this now and it looks like you've already been to the vet so I hope a UTI has been ruled out.  If so, I'm just wondering if you've been cleaning up after your puppy with a enzyme cleaner - like Natures Miracle.  If it still smells like a place to potty to your puppy, she will continue to pee there.
