Weird Bump on my Doodle's Lip

Can't get to the vet tonight....so wanted to know if anyone knows what this appears to be and where it could have come from.

Absolutely no signs from my Lexee that it is bugging her at all..

It looks like a tick. Pretty far away, though.

Can't be sure from a photo, but it looks like a viral papilloma, which is basically a harmless wart that often goes away by itself. Jack had one in the exact same spot. I'd have the vet take a look to make sure, but it's not an emergency.

Oliver had a canine papiloma.  The vet told me it could be contagious but Ivy never got one.  It was there for about 1.5 months and then it was gone.  Luckily I never found it on my floor!!!  LOL
