Weird Doodle Dreams

I have this recurring dream where my fenced backyard is strangely fenced and whole sections of fencing is sometimes missing or it divides oddly with the neighbors yard so that there are multiple ways for dogs to escape, I can't quite describe it.  I'm often chasing dogs down the street or trying to control their exit into the yard for optimum safety.

Last night, however, I dreamed that all three of my dogs (I don't remember who/what the 3rd dog was, just that there were three) figured out how to climb onto the roof and then get come down on the opposite end of the house (front yard where there is no fence).  I discovered this because I was leaving for work while Clark was home with the kids and they just followed me into the driveway by using their new roof scaling skills. I was sooo annoyed!  How was I supposed to ever contain them now?  I thought about coming on here to vent and ask for suggestions and then realized it was a dream.  PHEW.

My doodle is the color of white/tan beach sand.  For some reason I dreamed I was in the desert and frantic because I could not find her anywhere.  I was still upset when I woke up.  Too weird.

I have a very similar dream about the backyard fence--either part of it has disappeared or in some way become very easy to escape through.

When Sadie was a puppy I had this recurring dream that I put her in an elevator when I went to a party, thinking it was a good place to keep her safe!

Oh that's so frustrating if your doodles can scale the roof and get out!

I had a dream this weekend that really bothered me.  Bender was running around in the backyard but kept running into this pine tree that appeared in the middle of the yard.  The tree isn't really there in real life and in my dream it wouldn't be there but every time he ran to a certain part of the yard that tree would magically appear and BAM he would run into it head on EVERY single time.  I felt so bad for him

I had Dreams when we had decided to get our second Goldendoodle Oliver. I think it was due to my mind working overtime worrying about the unknown!!!! Wish I would have been able to relax and just sleep, knowing what I know now. I was like that for about a week just crazy, weird dreams!!!! NOW I couldn't Imagine Life without him~

The night after we lost Sophie I dreamed about her.  I dreamed that she was running away from me and I kept calling her and calling her and she wouldn't come back.  (Not that I should have expected her to come back as she never did unless she wanted to anyway).  Just thought it was an odd dream.

I would expect that I would have had nightmares after some of our "Murphy challenges", but I haven't had any weird dreams (that I remember).  The Doodles are often in my dreams...but they're just kind of "there".

I did once have a nightmare involving JD that was so horrible I would never tell it to anyone and I would like to just forget it. 

Otherwise, JD is in my dreams a lot, but like Jane's doodles, he's usually just "there". 

Adina, do you think that dream had anything to do with Thule? Were you looking at photos of her or talking about her recently?

When my doodles show up in my dreams, they are always talking to me. Just like people. Only been a few times tho.
