Well Mama Gets a New Purse

Thanks Annabelle! She just chewed it but only couple of small pieces came up everything else was food. Most of the purse pieces were on the floor. I heard her licking her lips and went to investigate. The hilarious part is that she graduated intermediate obedience class last night.

Thanks, some days you can trust her and she leaves everything alone and some days, you have to watch her like a hawk.

I 'lost' one Prada shoe and one 'Gucci' one when Riley was in his naughty chewing phase (whwich lasted two whole years!). The cheap Penneys ones were left behind...I feel you pain Lol

Yes, I guess it could have been my Coach one. I don't use that one for every day like I do the Kohls one that she chewed. I had just come in the door with my arms full of groceries and set my purse down while I took the bags to the kitchen. I started putting freezer items away and thought I heard Annabelle licking her chops. I thought that is weird I haven't fed her dinner yet. So I went to investigate and there she was chewing on my purse. She knew she was a bad girl and went to hide. I think she knew she was going in her crate for a time out. Hopefully she gets over this and it is a phase and not a lifetime thing. She just turned a year old.

Uh oh!  Sounds like a crime of opportunity - maybe there were some extra good smells on the purse lingering from the grocery store.  :)  I'm glad there wasn't a trip to the ER involved.
