Rooney's favorite was the wrapping paper - lol!  He had never opened a present before and did such a good job.  I just love how he uses his paws like little hands.  It was too cute.  The gift he loved the best was a plastic shaped bone that smells like peanut butter.  When you move it around it makes this weird sliding whoopy cushion type sound that is never the same twice.  He is going nuts for it.  So what was your Doodles fav gift?

Thank you!  It is one of my new favorites.
Murphy's twisted bully stick made him smile the most, but now it is gone.  His FAVORITE was the snow we got.

It certainly looks like that was a hit.  Glad that is not in my house, though!  I'll stick with the antlers!  What kind of game is that?  It looks like you put a treat under each piece and slide them on and the dog has to slide them off...is that correct?  Has Murphy figured it out?

It is a Nina Ottoson puzzle.  You put a little treat under each peg and they can only be lifted out at one end so he has to push the little pegs to the right spot and then lift to get his treat.  I thought my little genius would be really quick to get it but he is struggling a bit.  We have only let him have one session with it so far though.  I will give it to him again in the next few days and try to shoot a video of him figuring it out.  His sister, Beasley the cat, figured it out in about 1 minute!!!!

He did love his bully stick but Whew!!!  That thing was sooooooo smelly!  Glad it is gone:)

Tara is a bully stick addict!! We buy them in bulk from Bestbullysticks.com. Theirs don't smell!! And they are from free-range cattle which is nice too. If you ever want to try one again I would recommend trying theirs!!
Ronna - which puzzle did you get?  I wanted to get Tori one, but was afraid she'd take off the pieces and chew them... I am looking for the ones where the pieces don't come off  the puzzle.

Hi Shelly.  I think this one is called "Trubble".   The pieces Do come off of this one.  I looked on line and it looks like all of them have at least one removable piece.  I won't be letting Murphy play with it without my supervision that's for sure!

Coco seemed to know something was up although this was her first Christmas. She woke up at 4 a.m., went outside and played in the snow, then started stealing bows off all the Christmas presents Santa left under the tree. She even ran off with one small present that was our son's. She got a new "big girl" bed, a water bottle gingerbread man toy, a penguin double-squeaker toy, bully sticks, and a stocking full of treats. The bully sticks are her stinky favorite, but she has played with the toys quite a bit and seems to like the new bigger bed as well!

Marley got a Christmas Kong Squiggles (i think?) that she loves! Wonder how long the squeakers last :)

I got Koda an Everlasting Treat Ball. It was kinda pricey for a single toy but since he can't seem make any treat last more than a few seconds (I am not even sure he tastes anything anymore - just inhales it) I figured it would be worth a try.

The toy was a hit! He literally worked on this thing for 3 days straight and there is still more left! The only downside is that the refill treats are about $8 for two (is anyone knows of anywhere to get these cheaper, please clue me in). The toy itself is holding up great. For all your doodle chewers out there, or canine vacuum cleaners like Koda, this is a great option. There is even a place to put small treats inside so it can be used as a chase toy with when the outer treats are gone. Koda is one happy pooch! :) Thankfully!

We got this ball for Tori, but I think the 'treat' made her sick... runny poop and some vomiting after she finished it.  I know while she was eating it, she often stopped for a very long drink.. guess all that licking made her real thirsty.... now I shove a nylabone through the opening of the ball... she loves to chew on it while holding onto the ball....
Our girls have this one as well.  As the disks that go in it are a little pricey I save those for special occasions (like when Sophie and I go on a Therapy Visit, Lucy will get one).  In between I will fill the middle of it with dog food and Lucy thinks that is special.  She will just walk around dropping it so the food falls out.  When it is empty she brings it and drops it in my lap for more.  If I don't give her any she takes it to DH to see if she can get him to fill it!
