What does your Doodle's ID tag say?

I am getting ready to place an order for ID tags for my two doodle girls.  I was wondering what other doodles have on their tags.  Address?  How many phone numbers?  Anything else?  Thanks for any feedback!

I put "Medical Covered" on his tag. That way if he is injured whoever finds him will not hesitate to take him to a vet.

Mine also has name address and phone I too didn't want to take any chances with wilson

i do not have Coopers name on her tag - she loves everyone and would go with anyone who knew her name

I like the ideas of medication needed, or medical covered

i also have Microchipped on it, though she also wears her microchip tag. she also wears her rabies tag (that shes been inoculated, not that she has it lol), though Im thinking that isnt really necessary

Well I am ordering new tags. Doing the $$REWARD$$ thing for sure.

Both are microchipped - maybe I should follow advice and add the # to it. Thanks - good discussion.

Lizzie has 2 sets of tags, one with
Lizzie L. Louise
My address
my cell number

and another one with my grandparent's information that I put on her when they watch her. (Whenever I leave town).

But after reading this discussion, I think I need a new one! I like the idea of putting the vet's information on the tag, or stating microchipped. I also will add my boyfriend's cell phone number to a new tag so that there are 2 numbers.

I was just looking at the collar tags at boomerang tags, and I really like the idea, but Lizzie has really long hair. Do you think that her hair covering up the collar would cause it to be missed? I like the no-jingling of the collar tags, but I'm worried that if she is found lost, someone might not notice the collar tag like a regular hanging tag. Any thoughts?

I just put a plastic reflector ring on the Avid tag and now that does not jingle with the stainless tag at all.
