When do mini goldendoodles stop growing?

Charlie my mini golden doodle is 16 pounds at 6 months. My breeder had estimated she will be around 23 pounds fully grown. She has been around the same weight for the last month. Will she continue to have some growth in size & at what age do they stop growing? I am a newbie dog owner so any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Luna stopped her skeletal growth at around 10 months, but she is a bigger "mini" doodle.  She topped out at about 35 pounds at 1.5 years old.  I think she was just shy of 30 pounds at 8 months.

Daphne pretty much was full grown around 6-7 months. She is now 11 months old and weighs 18 lbs. At 6 months she weighed about 15-16 lbs.
