Yeah for New York!
New York has enacted a new law that will enable local municipalities to enact stronger anti "Puppy Mill Laws".
It's a start, folks!

Good for NY. This is definitely a step in the right direction. Now citizens have to put pressure on their individual towns to take advantage of this power to pass and enforce stricter laws.
