Just curious,

My doodles get the zoomies after a bath and if they been in the house without any outside play time due to rain. Sometimes when Sasha has to poop she will run 100 mph back and forth then stop on a dime and poop - LOL
LOL, Monty does the opposite. He poops in the morning and then gets the zoomies, kind of like: I'm free and two pounds lighter!!!
Thirty years ago, after my water broke, the OB nurse asked if I was having contractions. When I said that I might be, she asked if I was in pain. When I said "No", she said, "Honey, if it don't hurt, you ain't having contractions. You'll know a contraction when you feel it!" As Carol said, "You'll know Zoomies when you see them!!!" My favorite part of the day is when Sedona gets a major Zoomie session going!!
lol yup! Parker zoooooms around the house every night before bed! I am afraid for when we get our tree!
Zoomies to me appear to be a doodle at it's happiest. I see balled up energy and a sense of abandon when they take off from a sitting position and just bolt as fast as they can, round and round for no apparent reason. Don't know why the do it but it makes for exciting entertainment every night. And YES, especially when wet. It's like doodles should come with a directions to "Add Water and Get out of the way".
Cute!!!
There is a further zoomie related phenomina know as the "fly by." The occurs when the doodle is engaged in a zoomies episode and runs straight at you at full speed and at the very last second veers off avoiding a certain collision.
And ALWAYS with a "crazed" facial expression!
Oh yes, the fly by!! Bella is especially good at this, except she aims for right between our legs!
Oh goodness, if Gavin went between my legs he would take me with him as a rider! His back almost out measures my inseam and I an 5'8"!
Now that would be a funny video BG!
