Pacific Northwest Rain and Puppies

Clearly, I was not thinking when I decided to adopt a puppy from a winter litter here in the Seattle area. It has definitely been more soggy than dry since Ace came home. I cannot even begin to estimate how many loads of towels I have washed. It has been a muddy mess at our place for the last month. Yesterday, Ace had mud butt. The ground feels like a sponge. My advice for anyone in the Pacific Northwest planning to adopt a doodle, LATE SPRING OR SUMMER LITTER. :-)
