Where is this at?  Is it a dog park of some sort?  Looks like everyone had fun -- even in the chilly weather.

Hi, Jennifer!  The romp was held at a doggie day care in Southeast Portland called Dogs Dig It.  They have a nice facility with the outside area shown in the photo and an attached inside area which was open to the outside area and was heated.  It was indeed chilly, but we were able to retreat to the heated area whenever we wanted.
