Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum

I have been practicing on getting a good photo with background bokeh lights. Of course, one thing to practice on is not enough for me and I had to add into the mix candy canes (blog to follow), hanging ornaments, beds, balls, and dogs. It has not been going smoothly and today I handed my new camera back to John and said, "keep it." My dramatic outburst is over and I decided to post a discussion where we can add similar shots, discuss techniques, camera settings, and give critiques.

Here is the best of what I have gotten so far and I know I have a long way to go. I have taken equal number of Fudge and Vern, but have been less successful with Fudge. They have been great models.

I will continue to update with pictures as I get the hang of things.

Well Mr. Haley is getting around :)  How did you make this look like a painting?  That's cool.  I see Haley "bubbles" in your future :)

I used a Detail Extractor in Nik Color Efex Pro 4.

I like to use the Detail Extractor for Fudge!

I haven't posted here in awhile, but just did this one yesterday!

Very sweet and a good shot. I see Fudge has joined the reading doodles.

Well, she is very selective about her reading materials :) Thank you!!

Adorable!

Thanks, DJ!

Fudge ~ you are too cute, and your mom is so creative!

Thanks, Linda!

I love how she's posing in this!

Thanks, Camilla. A squeaky ball helped :)
