We went to an amazing butterfly farm on Monday....thousands of them flying all around you and gorgeous tropical flowers.  Here are some of my favorite photos...

There were also some pretty amazing birds flying around.  It was truly an awesome experience.

Beautiful!!! What a fun place to visit! I want to visit the Monarch migration in Monterey -- not sure when it is but there are millions or Monarchs that pass through . . .

I do have a butterfly house at our lake house. Still trying to attract a tenant!

Thank you Diane.  I don't know what they put in those "cocktail glasses", but the butterflies LOVE whatever it is.  Maybe if you could find out what that "special drink" is, you might attract some friends.

I spent some time yesterday chasing butterflies around my yard with a camera.  They just would not light on anything, constant motion.

I know....I've been chasing a dragon fly in our yard with no luck at all.  It was so nice to have the butterflies "contained and posing".
