December Assignment Potpourri

It is December all of a sudden. We had lovely images for November. Now I think a year end round up of good ideas would be perfect. Some of the topics, like shooting in the dark don't appeal much to some of us, like me. I need to see where I'm going and at night I don't need a camera to complicate my progress. But I would love to see what you all might do. Others ideas take talent and inspiration of a different sort like the suggestion that we do our on take on an iconic photo. I might decide to wear a white swirly dress and stand on a subway grate--yeah, right. Anyone old enough to remember this Marilyn Monroe photo?

And then we had the suggestion of odd numbers. Things naturally occurring or posed in groups of thee, five, etc. So go for it. Happy Holidays all and a healthy, happy New Year. Here is the summary.

OK Carol, much as I hate to post glamour shots of myself I decided to do the Marilyn shot. Given the difficulty replicating all the exact movements I decided to go with another pose she did in the white dress. As you can see I got a bit of a tan, just on my face, since it was cool when I cruised the Hudson. It was pretty cool today wearing only this dress, I'll tell you. And boy getting the extras to pose was tough. Here I am:
