As a coincidence, I was practicing shooting sunsets with a very skilled model who has been chewed (by Auggie) and humped (by Monty) for years now. Fortunately, he is still willing to help me out. I love how the look at his face tells his life story.

Are these all of the fire area? The second shot is so dramatic. So scary and I heard there is fire now in Yosemite. My sister said it was 107 in Santa Rosa today. Crazy.

Yes, they are. They were taken at virtually the same time.  The first is the smoke - I walked to a good viewing point.  The second and third were taken facing the other way.  I had no idea that that much smoke was all around me, but the sunset really showcased it.
