Puppy v. Adult Dog pictures?

Hi everyone!

I just joined because I am getting an Almond Blossom Doodle puppy on 2/13/10 from the Micah/Katie litter. I am really excited to get the pup! I miss having a dog, as my faithful companion white Lab Loki died this past October, after having him for 13 1/2 years, since he was 7 weeks old. So I am even that much more excited to bring more doggy love into the house. Plus, my 15 month old son loved having Loki and will love having a puppy even more, I imagine!

My question is, for those of you that have Almond Blossom doodles, can you post a puppy picture and what the adult dog looks like? I would love to see some of that before choosing the pup, although I know I mostly want to choose for personality and temperament.

Welcome, and congratulations on getting a new pup. Less than a month away, I can imagine how excited you must be, time will fly by, and before you know it you will be bringing your new little doodle baby home If you look through the pages of other Almond Blossom members you will see many pictures of the pups from just a couple of weeks old to their current age. Toby is a Tula/Micah pup born on March 4, 2008. Kachi is his brother from the same litter. There are also several other pups from the next two litters of Tula and Micah in this group. It is a lot of fun to share stories and pictures with all the other doodle families. Keep us posted, and we look forward to seeing pictures of your new doodle baby

Welcome! Check out Azure and Muppets page. She just put together a "family album" that shows many of the ABD dogs puppy and adult photos. It is a wonderful display of all the dogs growing up. I am on the list for one of Estee and Micahs pup, and will be picking ours up February 20th...I know how excited you are!

Welcome to the club! We can all attest to your excitement, as we've all been there! I can't wait to see your pictures, since I am not familiar with your puppy mommy "Katie". I'm kind of computer illiterate so I can't figure out how to copy pictures from my page on to this post, but feel free to look at my page. I added you as a friend. My doodle is Kachi, and he and Toby (from Debbie and Toby) are the big brothers of the Tulah/Micah litters. Kachi will be 2 years old on 3/4/10! It seems like yesterday, we were in your position, anxiously waiting to pick up our little guy!!

Liza, I was also less familiar with Katie (the mom of Mikol's puppy). The info from the AB website says she is an English Golden Retriever (daughter of Ruben). She is cream colored and a little smaller in size. I think this will be the first one on DK from this mother. Our family keeps growing, how fun!

Yeah, it seems most of the english retriever mom dogs at Almond Doodles and Tulip come from Ruben, so I imagine they will all be similar, other than her pups maybe being a little smaller since she is slight.

I am also waiting for an Almond Blossom Doodle from Estee/Micah, like Cathy. We have been very excited!
Have you seen any pictures of your litter? It would be exciting to see them if you can post them!
How many in the litter? Do you know girl or boy? We have 5 girls and 1 boy in our litter. I want a little girl!
I have been waiting quite a while so the day is finally coming and fast!!

Yes, I have pictures (should have posted the cuties to start with)! There are 11 pups - 5 girls and 6 boys. I am more interested in a girl but am open to whichever chooses us. We are #4 on the list, so we'll see! Here is the cuteness for you...apparently them just ate so are a little wet from having food wiped off their little faces! The first two are at about 4 weeks old, and the third one is about 2 weeks old.
