OK, so I thought I would post some of my artwork on here.  Nothing is recent, unfortunately, but I am hoping to get back into it soon.  I have some things from 20 years ago (highschool/college) and some as recent as 2004 (took a little class at a community college for fun).  I work with pencil and pastel.  Enjoy!

 

OK when I did these Dances With Wolves had come out and it was at the time one of my favorite movies.

I love this one done in the style of pointallism.

This was an assignment in the comm college class.

This was drawn from a picture I took one vacation in Carmel, UT.

Here is a picture a guy from work wanted drawn as a gift to his father-in-law.  I removed the people and the building.

WOW, Melissa, (... she says, gushing...), your work is OUTSTANDING! I especially love your Indian pieces. Your pencil and pastel work is great, too! I sure hope you jump back into doing artwork again. Please don't let this talent go to waste!!! :)

Thank you everyone for your kind words.  It seems like I always make excuses finding time to draw.  I have housework or other things that take priority...guess I just need to add it to my to do list!  :)
