Hello! We have a 4-month old Goldendoodle named Bo and he's black and sooo cute. And yes he's very difficult to photograph. The photos I have of him on here don't do him any justice. I'm still waiting on my husband to load some better pics for me...anyway, I have a question: Is it normal for Bo to have bits of gray in his face color? We've noticed this lately cuz it seems like he's aging or something, lol. BTW I love all of your photos!

Stanlee still looks pretty dark. Did you realize there would be color changes before you got him? I know, really doesn't matter!!! LOL I don't care what color my puppy will end up being, but I did expect that when I got a black dog he would stay black. oh well. No big deal! I'm actually starting to notice some brown on his face and a little white in his tail- which sounds like your Stanlee a little bit. I'm actually more curious to find out how big he's going to end up being.... So many surprises with these guys, huh? :)

yes i know , when i got kash he was jet black ! 7 months Now he is turning gray in his face and legs its cute but i really wanted him to black here is some pic of kash now

Kash looks nice and cool with his summer cut :)

Libby was black as midnight when she first arrived and now looks almost silver, especially in the sun.  Doesn't matter - she's beautiful!

JAX was totally black when he arrived at our house at 12weeks. Silver (white) hairs started mixing in and now at 4 years he looks black, BUT up next to a real black dog you can tell he is a lighter shade of black. Just as cute!
