I have recently become the owner of 2 10oz bags of carob. My mom says that I shoulden't have bought it because carob is too sweet for dogs to have. She also thinks honey is too sugary to put in cookies. What is your opinion?

I use both carob and honey in my Doggie B Goode sweet treats.  Only use a small bit of carob (1/2 cup or less) in your cookies when baking.  Honey is a natural preservative and a couple of tablespoons in a recipe is fine.
I don't agree with giving dogs a lot of sweets but a few tbsp's are fine. Thanks four your reply :)
