Does your doodle turn circles when excited and claw at her bed and blankets?

Scout flips in a circle when she gets excited.  It is really cute and I was wondering if this is a doodle trait.  Also, she has started clawing at her bed and blankets.  Why?

Daphne does what I call her "Dance". She turns around and around in circles when she is excited about going somewhere or if I have something yummy for her.  Clawing at her bed and blankets might just mean she's hot and trying to dig to a cooler spot like dogs dig in the dirt to get cool.
