After and after

I know this is not quite related to grooming but I wanted to share a couple after, after pictures. Today, Addie and I went to the dog park that is primarily mulch and a little grass. It was quite wet, but Addie had a great time running, chasing, and wrestling. Although she goes to the groomer on Wednesday, I had to give  her a bath. It took almost 45 minutes. I started out rinsing her. Then I shampooed and rinsed and rinsed, and then did a leave-in conditioner. When she came out the bath, she shook herself and more mulch debris scattered off.

The first pic is on the way home from the dog park, the second is post bath but still wet.

Looks like she had a great time! It is a lot of work to give them a bath but the drying is what I find takes so long ....

Wow, she was a dirty girl- her white feet (and other parts)  had disappeared!!  Are you sure this is the same doodle?? LOL
