From a poodle to a doodle

My boys just got haircuts and I was attempting to make them look more like doodles than poodles. My husband does a lot of the grooming and he had 30 years of practice grooming poodles, but I did not want the poodle look. My goldendoodle was sick and had to be shaved on his face, tail, bottom, belly, and feet. He was on steroids and antibiotics but is much better now. I gave him his basic cut and trimmed his ears and the top of his head to more of a doodle look. His face and feet will need some time to grow back out, but he looks pretty good to me. The ALD was bathed and trimmed also on his face and his top knot. He also looks more doodle to me now. So what do you think???

Boy, Groucho looks so much smaller than I remember. I think at the time everyone was very fluffy and long haired. The boys look adorable...great for summer. I too love Groucho's Phantom look!!!!
