Has anyone tried Furminator deshedding shampoo?

I just bought a product from Furminator.I bought their shampoo and conditioner.They have a deshedding tool.It looks like a brush.I didn't buy that yet.Its mostly for my pug.But Dakota is going through a coat change and i want to try it on her too.Has anyone tried these products?

I've tried it on a German Shepherd but never my doodle. It worked great on her.

I used them for my shepherd too. I didn't see they were any better than my doodle tools and shampoo.

I am pretty sure the directions say that dogs that do not have an undercoat are not to be furmintated. It can really thin the coat - too much perhaps.

We were told by multiple groomers to never use the Furminator on a doodle because it is really meant for an undercoat.

What is the fuminator. Sonny has the dreaded undercoat. Maybe it would help. He HATES to be combed/brushed.

The furminator is for deshedding. I don't know if it would help with brushing but it does a good job for the shedding.
