My dad comes home from extended care tomorrow. Please keep him in your prayers that he is healthy enough to stay here. I can't wait to have him back. Thank you for all the prayers. He is actually excited about the puppy! Yes I have my hands full! My dad, my one year old grandson ( I am babysitter) and soon a puppy. :)

Denise, I am sorry to read that you lost your father in June. When my mother passed away (almost 10 yrs ago) if it hadn't been for faith and knowing that she was at a better place and that we would see her again, I never would have made it through any of the services. I am thankful I grew up going to church.:)

I just have to say I love this group, what a blessing to DK. I have a very strong faith and completely believe in the power of prayer. I just lost my dad in June and I don't know how I would have managed without my daily prayers and knowing that my dad is in heaven waiting for me. Everyone will be in my prayers. God bless all of you!

Thanks for your kind words. My dad is still in extended care getting therapy. I hope to have him back home with us possibly the end of next week. Thank you all for your prayers.

Denise I wanted to shre with you that I have been growing through same ordeal.
My father has struggled with his health as long as I can remember. He has had several heart attacks, several surgeries one a heart transplant. Recently he underwent chemotherapy for a rare form of Lymphoma. It is difficult to see someone you love so helpless and you feel just as helpless. Prayer will be your strength, the holy spirit will give you the strength and courage to be strong. I will pray for you
