Hi there!!
My name is Suzanne and I am the proud owner of an F1 Mini Labradoodle called Pongo! His mother is a black working labrador and his father an apricot miniature poodle. The reason I have set up this group is because I have spent many enjoyable hours so far looking at pictures of other doodles and trying to get information specifically about size, weight etc. All the doodles on here are absolutely gorgeous and whilst I really love reading about them, it is information and pictures specifically on F1 minis that I really need right now..I'd like to get information on weekly weights and perhaps start up some kind of 'estimated' growth chart for others looking for this kind of information. I do hope you will join me in sharing your knowledge and experiences.. Thank you so much!

Comment by Nancy, Ned, Clancy, and Charlie on October 15, 2014 at 8:29pm: Welcome, Kim. I agree with you that your pup will be smaller than 30 -35 pounds. I got my doodle at about 14 weeks and he was twice that size. He is 28 pounds and was fully grown by 8 months.

Her dad was a 50-55lb Austrilian bred golden retriever and her mom was a apricot poodle just under 25lbs. Her breeder said she would be 30-35 lbs we full grown, but I would be surprised if she gets that big. She is only 6-1/2lbs now.
