Nike is doing wonderfully.  He has grow so much in the week we have had him!   His favorite game is "tug".  He is walking very well on a leash with our other dog, Chester and he rings a bell to alert us to let him out.  We couldn't be more happy!  Chester....well he's finally tried playing chase in the back yard with Nike....it's a start!  :-)

I have Andy here for about ten days.  He is sooo sweet and wel behaved (most of the time)  he weighed 53 pounds two weeks ago.  I still have a chocolate pup here from Lunas litter.  She will be flying to Korea, in business class Coach in two weeks.  She is 12 pounds at nine weeks.  I just love this pup.  It is hard to not get attached when you have one around for awhile. I got an email from the smallest.  His name has been changed from Indy to Nike.  He weighs 7 pounds and is already ringing the bell to go out.  Smart puppy!

Pick up day starts May 22 for my newest litter from Tucker and Luna.  Such a variety.  Flopsy is 10 pounds, Little Indy is not quite five!  Cream, black, white, and Chocolate.  Curly and smooth.  Cant wait to see how they all look.  Hope everyone sends me pictures.  Great bunch of families.  Rick is flying one to Dallas, meeting someone else from Baltimore, Charleston, Chapel Hill and one may be flyng to Korea.  That is still to be decided.  I'll miss them!

Give me a call.  What kind of skin issues is she having?  Does she have sores and red areas. I had one puppy last time that had a lot of "itchiness" but it eventually went away.

Look at the medical issues group on this site.  If you dont find what you want post a question.  Lots of good advice.

We are starting to get there... slowly!  In front she's a happy clam, but she barely fits anymore!!  I can't believe how fast these babies have all grown up!  I had my first "run away" scare the other day, my back gate was not latched from my termite guys inspection, and smart girl Georgia figured out how to open it - I lost my stomach - but luckily she was being her observant self just slowly creeping around smelling my rose bushes, and I could call her to me.  But it makes me seriously want to get the recall down pat!  How have you all been doing with the Recall?  Do you have any tips? Because whenever Georgia is intent on something, she likes to ignore me!

Sounds like she'll be moving back up front then :)

I will try using a signal word - right now she has a harness that the seatbelt runs through - what I've found is when i reach my arm around and pet he she is fine, she just doesn't like the back seat all by herself :( is it terrible unsafe to have her in the front if I have airbags that can't be turned off....??

How do you have her confined in the car? You can run the seatbelt through a harness so she can move around and you can pet her. Have a word like "let's go" say it all excited. She will get to where she loves it.
