was not me! Sorry--don't live near Lansing.
Fantastic idea, Pam (leaving your dog to DRC). These people are fantastic. I am probably getting two more doodles as fosters this weekend. They were surrendered from their home and have had no training at all. I already have two doodles in my home but enough room outdoors (and a large laundry room) to do a short-term foster. I'm glad you are thinking ahead for your beloved pet.
I agree with going with the breeders these ladies have suggested. Cliberdoodles is a great breeder and so is Apple Creek Doodles. Here is a little that has openings now. http://www.applecreekdoodles.com/cp-asher-pups.html If being young and not trained is an issue you can find a good boarding trainer in your area that can train the puppy for a few weeks. I know this is a hard thing since you have surgery soon. Or you can have someone stay with you can help. I would take these puppies in a heartbeat but my life will not allow having another puppy at the moment!
Pam, I see that April at Cliberdoodles has a gorgeous English Cream golden doodle pup available --Yellow Boy --on her website. Some of our favorite doodles here on DK are from Cliberdoodles. Please take a look. She is a highly reputable breeder, breeds for temperament and health and several of her dogs on DK are therapy dogs. I would take that little guy in a heartbeat if I was looking.

Cliberdoodles very close to you in Michigan is likely the most highly regarded breeder on DK. Good luck with your search.
Thanks Pam :)
Please look at April's dogs. Cliberdoodles. ;)
Hope you have your dream pups soon
Pam -- Where are you getting your Doodle from? We got our little AnnaBelle in May of last year from CliberDoodles in Michigan.
Hi Pam! I sent you a private message I think a few days ago. Did you get it?
