I have lots of those on the list. I just thought it would be helpful for those who doodles do like to nibble on plants to know which ones cause which reaction - to have that preverbial light bulb go off if their doodles all of a sudden show any of the signs listed.
Lots of people use Periwinkle as ground cover - who knew that those plants can cause hallucinations?
I wonder if dogs would enjoy the hallucinations...?
Great to see the breakdown by potential impact! I was panicked about plants when we got Stillbe, and thankfully have found he is not overly interested in much. That said, he loves to wander through, sit, roll around, and lay in the iris, and nibble on the greens, so I pay close attention there. He seems to sniff azalea and foxglove too, but rarely nibbles. In any case it's so helpful to understand which plants around which we should be ultra concerned; had no idea periwinkle is on the high watch list, and I've looked at a lot of lists! Thanks Adrianne!
thank goodness I have no green thumb and tend to slowly kill any houseplant that is brought in. Clark brought in a couple different ones this past year and I assumed that they were like a vase of Roses...they look pretty for a few days and then they croak and you dump them. Ooops.
