I hope there are many gardeners among us doodle owners. After all we must be nurturers. We can share information on what's safe for dogs, how to keep them from destroying plantings and all green related things.

So you don't need any equipment like those spreader things people push around?

Yes. It is say to do, you drop a certain amt. every foot on your lawn. It lasts many years.

I use BT powder like this. I think it works well. Not toxic to us and dogs.

I guess everything has a purpose.  As far as the skunks go, you can have them - I'll take the moles any day.

I'm glad to hear one good thing about skunks, lol.

Well apparently, moles and skunks eat Japanese beetle grubs, and the grubs attract them to you yard. We have a ton of skunks here, maybe this is why.
