I finally got to have a leftover turkey sandwich from Christmas, and man was it amazing!!! I purchased a package of UDI gluten free bread, and it actually tasted like delicious bread (not cardboard, like gluten free bread usually tastes like).

UDI's is a good one.  Whole Foods has a dedicated gluten free facility (avoids risk of cross contamination) and has some really nice baked goods as well, my current fav is the rosemary foccacia bread, have gone a bit overboard lately because it has literally been months since I have had any bread at all.  I have my UDI's toast in the morning with virgin coconut oil on it, has seemed to be a bit more superior for my absorption problems.

After buying all sorts of gluten free bread, I finally found an AMAZING mix, which in my opinion tastes better than any store-bought GF bread. It's from Bob's Red Mill: GF Hearty Whole Grain Bread mix. It surely beats any GF bread from a store. It's a darker bread with lots of taste and seeds. That's the only bread I make now.
