I promise my dedication is coming back with a vengence!  Had some personal issues that got the better of me (mentally and emotionally) and caused me to slump.

 

I have a renewed spirit as DH finally decided to jump on the weight loss bandwagon with me.  Will definitely make it a bit easier to avoid junk in the house when there isn't any!  He and I are both giving up sweets for lent and I am really going to focus on my WW points, etc.  DH may go back to Nutrisystem.  He wants to get into better shape for the June show in LA....don't tell him I told you! :)

Last weeek was rather hard  but I am trying harder this week

 I was very commited to this at the begining of last week when I signed up but it was truly the week from hell. Tuesday we learned that a good friend of ours killed himself and so our lifes have litterally turned upside down. Funeral was today and I hope everything will calm down soon.

Did a 30 min (med /slow pace)  run today at 12:37pm today long the lake. It's been a while since i went running there, since i got my pups!  Didn't take the pups, they are still leash training, individually- plus i read somewhere i should'nt take a pup on a run.  It was a bit windy when i left home, but along the lake it was just perfect weather for running, cool, calm, and some sun. I took it slow, since it's been a while, a lady with 2 dogs on 2 leashes passed me.  Hmm, i hope i can run with my 2 dogs someday.  :)
