My sweet baby birl is already a year old. I can hardly believe it. In some ways, it seems like only yesterday that we picked her up from the breeder and our lives were forever changed. In other…Continue

I stumbled across some Photoshop fun DS and I had last summer.
He was telling me one day that if he could, he would take down a giant bionical or any other creature that might try to harm me (Is he not the sweetest? My little hero). Anyway, I got the idea to give him his wish and at the same time, give us a BIG laugh. I hope you enjoy it too.…

Wow, these bells work better than I thought….
So….. we have a little string of bells (as many of you do) hanging on the back door that the girls use to let us know when they need/want to go out. Apparently, I didn’t respond as quickly as little Miss Penny thought I should…The ringing was fierce and seemed much louder than usual from the other room as well. “Hmm” I said to myself, “She must really need to go”. ‘Round the corner I came to fall upon the CUTEST sight I’ve ever seen….…

Donna, so nice to hear from you. How are YOU and your girls? Gordie, our non-doodle has continued with some health issues but otherwise we are all doing great! Our son adopted an f1 labradoodle puppy from the DRC. His name is Junior (my son's name is Lance and the puppy's shelter name was Lance - hence Lance Junior). Here is a picture of him.We were hoping he wouldn't shed, but my son texted me a picture today of a comb filled with hair! Sigh. . . .
We were camping in Oceanside last week and also met a doodle - not nearly as cute as any of ours though. Her name was very cute - Tillie.

I checked my calendar and I think we will be able to go. Your doods might be 'less shaved' by then.......
So good to hear from you. Doodles are fine. Gordie, our Springer, has had lots of health problems (since last June) but I really think he is healed. It was all skin related and could have been allergies, Cushings or ???? but he seems so much better and his coat has grown back all thick and lucious. Sorry for the shave downs, but sometimes that is all you can do. There is an IDOG fund raiser coming up this month at Arbor Dog Park and I think we are going to go. I have to double check the date but I think it is the 20th.
So nice to hear from you. How are you? Are you going to the Pet Expo in Long Beach tomorrow?
Thank you for the friends request Donna!
Happy Birthday Donna! Hope your day is great and you get lots of kisses from your Doodles!

Happy Birthday Donna!
Hi Donna,
It was nice meeting you too. Hope to see you at the next gathering. Happy Holidays.

Awesome photos. I am going to get mine on Picasa and post them in the So Cal group. Be sure to post a link to yours there too.
It was great meeting your family and Ginger and Penny. I wish I had taken the time to talk with Gavin. He is a wonderful boy.
Yes, doodle romps are the best. They are probably over for this year, but spring is coming! I just love looking at your kid photos.
Donna,
Thank you! Just what I needed. Funny thing...I am in the process of cleaning out a file cabinet right now (thought I would start going through things to separate into keep, toss, shred or give away) and I came across a post I had printed out last March from YOU that was "Blessed are those that can given without remembering and receive without forgetting". You copied from your other blog about how the monetary value of things is far less important that the intentions of the heart. That was such a powerful post that I had actually saved it.
God wanted me to see that today and not only did I see it, you gave me a hug. I have to admit that while I don't know what plans God has for me, I know I am in good hands. Thank YOU for your gift of the heart.

Love your page! It is so romantic. I can't seem to access the same background sites as you can.
Donna, I sent you a private message about a get together when Adina comes to visit. I can understand that you might be busy that day and cannot come, but I wanted to make sure you got the invitation. Please contact me. Nancy Haver
