We would LOVE for you to participate if you are looking for some accountability.  Here's how you can play along.  Give yourself ONE point each day in the following four areas.  At the start of the next challenge, I will crown the winner and we will have a comment parade.  I would also encourage everyone to post something really encouraging for the winner. There's absolutely nothing wrong with "Congratulations" but I know how wonderful it is to get a ncie pat on the back and encouragement to keep on keepin' on.  OK, so here we go....

 

  1. Some kind of fitness.  Anything, as long as it challenges you.
  2. Something special...A treat JUST for you ie.Hot soak in the tub, mani-pedi, an hour with a good book.
  3. Post something encouraging, motivational or inspirational
  4. Make a healthy food choice.....Salad or fruit instead of fries, fish instead of steak.

I really want this to be a fun place to be and a place we can all come to and feel encouraged and inspired. 

 

This week, I will have TWO crowns.... The second one is a surprise.

YAAAAAYYYYY!!!! Congrats on all accounts.  :)
You guys are all doing great! I will walk the girls for the first time tonight. I was going to walk them last night but I wanted to give Penny one more day to heal. It's almost been two weeks since her surgery and she still gets tired pretty easily.  It won't be much of a walk but it will be something.  I'm going to try to lift weights later too.  I'll post my points then.

Monday:

1.  Walked 2 miles with DH & Buddy

4.  I cooked dinner last night - Beef ravioli, fresh greenbeans and a salad. mmmmm

 

Tuesday:

1.  Did BLT on the ball DVD with Karen Voight.  Was going to walk on the treadmill or outside this afternoon, but have bad headache (probably weather front moving in)

2.  Got all of Peter's 1099s entered in the online tax program (all 32 of them).  Now I might work a little on the rest of the return tonight depending on that darn headache.  I used to do taxes for a living so as crazy as it sounds, I find this fun. :)

3.  In the depth of winter, I finally learned that within me there lay an invicible summer.

4.  Had oatmeal this morning.  Wanted some Wendy's for lunch, so I had 5 chicken nuggets and a baked potato instead of fries.

I DID LIKE IT... not sure I'm really coordinated enough for most of it but I'm nlot gonna give up. My goal is to get good enogh at it to join my coworkers at the class. Needless to say.. I don't think I'm ready yet. Lol b ut it was fun.
Good  Don't give up Stacie       You can do it  and  I love the moves   might seem funny but whenever I hear the music that we play I tend to dance to it even if I am in a store !!!  I do embarass my daughter sometimes  but thats okay

     Yesterday   I  played with Wilson in the slushy backyard   I really enjoyed it

 

     Zumba tonning   and walked Wilson for 2 miles

     Popcorn for a snack

    lots of water and fruit

   Today is Treat Day at work so I have to be  really really strong not to SNACK

Great Tuesday.

  1. Walked the girls for 2 miles....we all needed it.
  2. Took my son out to lunch after his ordeal. It was nice to have a little bonding time.
