Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum

We would LOVE for you to participate if you are looking for some accountability. Here's how you can play along. Give yourself ONE point each day in the following four areas. At the start of the next challenge, I will crown the winner and we will have a comment parade.

I would also encourage everyone to post something really encouraging for the winner. There's absolutely nothing wrong with "Congratulations" but I know how wonderful it is to get a ncie pat on the back and encouragement to keep on keepin' on. OK, so here we go....

1 Some kind of fitness. Anything, as long as it challenges you.
2 Something special...A treat JUST for you ie.Hot soak in the tub, mani-pedi, an hour with a good book.
3 Post something encouraging, motivational or inspirational

4 Make a healthy food choice.....Salad or fruit instead of fries, fish instead of steak.

I really want this to be a fun place to be and a place we can all come to and feel encouraged and inspired.

Rough weekend. I didn't do so well... Drawbacks include pizza, homemade cinnamon rolls and 3 glasses of wine at an 80's party...YIKES! The fill in meals were pretty good.  Whenever it rains I always want to make soup or bake or something. Soup it was. It was pretty healthy too so I had that a couple of times over hte weekend.

No exercise....Too much rain but it seems to be clearing up today. Hopefully we'll get a nice walk in later. I'll post my day when it's over.

Hope to see some of you here this week.  It was lonely last week.

Boy, these weekends have been tough. We have been walking the girls of course...Got to keep that chewing energy at bay. I ate leftovers yesterday...Spanish rice and tortilla’s not high calorie but not very nutritious either. Soup for dinner...and a biscuit.

Today we are on a mission to get our daytime crate situation set up. It’s been a dramatic week around here. Hopefully, weather permitting; I will be back on track tomorrow.
