  Wilson and I had  a very nice  4 mile walk

                             I made  a delicious dinner tonight

  Okay so today

     I went to our union mtg and had   some brocolli carrotts and little cheese

    played ball with Wilson after  mtg

    I helped out a little boy at school who was very sad about a friend not liking him

 

   for my self I am having a glass of wine

     No I don't drink all the time but the union mtg made me upset then talking to my DH about it   grrrrr

luckily Wilson is here to give me unconditional LOVE    so is my DH

You're entitled.  I have one a couple of times a week too.  That's what I do for me. :)

Ok ladies, after a rough week following surgery last week I'm ready to get things rolling again.  I did manage to stay on my weight watchers plan within my points, but the exercise was a little lacking.  I learned that typing with one hand sucks, so didn't do much updating of anything.

 

Tuesday: 

1)  Completed my 1 hour morning treadmill work out.  Then went to the Y with my Mom to work on some shoulder exercises in the pool to try and get some of the use of my arm back.

2)  I'm going to claim my nice long nap in the afternoon as being nice to me.  Haven't been sleeping so well, so needed a good little nap.

3)  My something inspirational is going to be "No Pain, No Gain", because oh my goodness is my arm sore after that work out, but gotta keep working it so it doesn't freeze up.

4)  Even though it was our 25th anniversary I managed to stay within my daily allowance of WW points -- probably only because I was too tired to do anything.  Anyone following weight watchers, we are loving Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken Strips (3 big strips) for 9 points.  I can usually only eat 2 of them.  You can also have their Mashed Potatoes and gravy for 3 points and Mac and Cheese for 4 points or green beans for 0 points.  If you want that biscuit though it is going to cost you a whopping 5 points ..... I did have mine last night!

Im following it. I messed up big time Monday though.  Used half of my extra points for the week...lol.  I will try that recipe.  Sounds good.
Stinky week for me.  I've eaten really well but had no exercise whatsoever.  Lots of stuff for me though, I'll give my self 2 points for Tuesday and Wednesday. Monday was a complete bust... Valentines day you know ;) ;)
Doing something nice for myself is really hard!! I am always running and running.... I need to stop and take few minutes for myself!!!
I hear ya, I'm a busy mom of an 11 yr old, 2 doodles and have an energetic husband. I rarely find time for myself so I bask in whatever I can find...:)

Wednesday:

1)  Did both my morning and afternoon treadmill work outs

2)  Went and got a haircut .... that always makes me feel better.

  Wednesday:

 

     Brushed Willy in the morning    and walked him for 4 miles last night 

     Had a delicious piece of chocolate that I got for Valentines' DAy  

    And I  helped out  a little girl who was sad 

 

    And when life gives u cherries  make a cherry pie
