My Potential Guardian Baby Girl was Born!

I have spoken with & kept in contact with a breeder in the hopes that I will be a guardian for her. She has a Golden Retriever that just had her pups - 8 boys and 4 girls.  I am hoping the breeder keeps back one of the girls (which she is planning on doing) for me to raise and be a guardian for!  They are all beautiful!  I am excited!  I am getting nervous too, though.  Having a puppy was hard work.  My Bexter is only 6 months old right now.  Do you all think that's far enough apart to be getting dog #2 in the house?

I just joined this group because I became interested in being a guardian, too!  I don't know if you recognize me, but back in the summer when I first got Kokomo we exchanged messages a bit.  I am talking with someone near my house about taking in a male pup and am excited too.

Hi, My name is Terry, I am going to be a guardian for Barb Schwab, Bear River Doodles in Colfax, CA. 

We should be welcoming Lindor Truffle (Lindy) to our home Dec 25 or 26th.  I have never been a guardian but would like to stay connected with other guardian families. 

Hopefully Bexter will help with the potty training!

UPDATE - Both the breeder and I felt it would be best to wait until the litter for my guardian pup.  I'm sure this is for the best so I can spend even more time with Bexter first.
