Fortunately, you don't have them in NJ, Cindy. We don't have them here in IL, either, thank goodness. They're mostly out west. We have had a few members in CA whose dogs actually needed multiple surgeries due to embedded foxtails, they are nasty things. .
Sneezing and nasal discharge are not symptoms of seasonal allergies in dogs. :) In dogs, the symptoms are primarily itching, scratching, biting, licking, etc.for seasonal allergies as well as food allergies. And 4 months is really too young for any kind of allergies to have developed.
