Need food suggestions for my three 9 month old goldendoodles that are healthy and won't break the bank!

I was just given golden doodle #3 last week becasue her owner is not able to give her the attention she needs. She was free! She came with all her toys, food, registration, complete shot records, etc so thats all super great and I already love her, which I knew I would! Whats one more when you already have 2? Grace and Tucker are my first goldendoodles ever and I'm sold! So getting Kenzie( from a friend of my sons) was an easy decision!!
They are all 3 9 months old, which is perfect, because they can eat the same food!!!
I need food suggestions! I want to stay as healthy as possible without going broke! They each eat 8 cups a day, sometimes less when they are not going through their growth spurts. I've been using Blue large breed puppy food, very healthy! Its $46 for a 30 pound bag that (before Kenzie) lasted me two weeks. Now it lasts 8-10 days!!!!
What is everyone feeding their multiple puppies? Can I stay healthy for less than $46 every 8-10 days?
HELP!!!! My first 2 babies are easy to change so I can change to whatever I need to!!
Thank you all for any and all suggestions! I dont even mind ordering multiple bags online if anyone knows of a great webstie. I just hope to stay healthy with their food and spend less per week!

WOW>>>>They are BEAUTIFUL doodles. I would suggest reading on line www.petsumerReport.com It tells you every food that is out there and the pros and cons of them...then price them and pick which one you want to afford and use. This will cost you $18.00 to join. I did it recently and changed my dogs and cat food and found it very educational. It was Karen on this doodle site that really opened my eyes to all this food stuff and I thank her and everyone else in the food group. I too have very healthy doodles and I want to keep it that way. Everyone has their opinion...read this web site....it is quite complete...and a great resource to continuing the research. Hope this helps...It is not a quick answer..It must be you who finds your answer....Good Luck...
Just remember that you use less when feeding the top notch foods so you need to factor that in. Also some foods like EVO are higher calorie, so you use even less.
We have four dogs so I know it is important to balance quality with price.
We have 10 doggies and we use Costcos Kirkland brand chicken and rice they also have lamb and rice but some of our were itching so we just use the chicken and rice. They score a A+ on the rating we have used it for 5 years and our dogs love it. It is about 24.00 for 40 lbs.
Costco's brand is great and won't break a bank! we've been given our two doodles dry and sometimes mixed with the can from the Costco brand and they are healthy and happy pets.
Don't forget to check The Food Group -- a great place to get advice on all things food! And as Nancy said, the 'amount' they eat won't be the same on different foods since they each have a different Calorie level. We feed Canidae which is one of the less expensive healthy options. Good luck!
I have 2 doodles and I recently switched to Verus. Same price range as the Eukanuba I was feeding them but much better ingredients. They have a website http://www.veruspetfoods.com/ if you want to check it out. I totally understand that feeding them well on a budget deal! I would love to feed my dogs Wellness but just can't afford it.
They are so beautiful! Three nine month old Doodles must keep you very busy, but I'll bet it's really fun! Definitely join the Food Group. There you'll find lots of discussions on feeding your dogs the best foods while staying on budget. Eight cups seems like an awful lot....once you move to a food with better ingredients, I agree that you'll be feeding less.
Your doods are adorable!!! Echoing others, come join the food group. Blue is a great food, but there are other good ones also that may be more expensive, but denser with nutrients and you feed less per serving.
I also think you need to check out Fromm - the 30 pound bag is slightly less (at least where I am), and I think you will feed less than 8 cups daily. (didn't you mean that they all 3 eat 8 cups combined?) Many doodles are eating Fromm right now - I think it is a great value for a highly nutritional food and you can rotate between proteins. But the Food Group has so much information on grain free vs. grains, etc....
