Izzy (3 months old) has been scratching and biting quite a bit and I just found 2 fleas on her by using a flea comb. She had her first round of Frontline Plus around Dec 6th so I don't want to add more chemicals. I've heard brewers yeast powder or tabs can help. We also have Lucca who is 2yo but I haven't found any fleas on him. Any suggestions are appreciated:)

Sorry to hear about your girl having flea problems. Above are a couple of links to some information on some natural flea products. The only one I have actually used is the diatomaceous earth and it worked well. I do not personally know of anything that when taken internally (such as brewers yeast) works as a flea deterrent or killer.  Although I have heard of brewers yeast and I think garlic too being used in that manner.  But I have not heard that it was successful. Brewers yeast can be disruptive to the intestinal tract (gas!!) and garlic can be pretty harsh so I am not sure they are the best solution for little Izzy.

Is it possible that the fleas just hadn't died yet from the chemical treatment?  Perhaps a bath with Neem Shampoo or another natural  flea deterrent shampoo would be sufficient for now?

There is this flea shampoo called Dr. Flee. It is all natural and made of orange. We have it at our shop but we are a little far away from you.
