Well I'd still love to have a little vacation where Napa's allowed on the beach. It's the one of the only things I miss about where I lived in California.... there was a very beautiful off-leash dog beach that was open year round!!!

Sorry to say the romp was canceled due to rain. My computer was not working at our campground so I missed Napathedoodle's comment and question.

Banjo wishes we could have made it to the romp, but he is recuperating from his recent neutering. Hope it was fun for all!

I'd be interested in going.... but if it's a night, I'm probably going to need a place to stay over. Does anyone know of a good place, that will obviously accommodate Napa?

Romp Around the World in Wells, Maine on Saturday, July 10, 2010 at 6:oo pm at Drakes Island Beach off Drakes Island Road. TO GET THERE : go north on route 1 about a mile from the intersection with 109. Take a right onto Drakes Island Road, go to the end where there is a beach but then take a right to the end by the jetty, park your car in the lot, walk down the path on the right on the side of the bath house following the beach to the right to the end as it turns. email me for my cell number camdenrace aol
