Jumping up when greeting
Hi everyone.
Any suggestions on how to curb my 10 month old doodle from the "jump up" behavior when he sees someone? Currently I'm reinforcing the sit, having him on leash, and treating when he keeps his butt planted when someone approaches.
He is doing well in obedience with come, leave it, down etc. in general but there is always 2 or 3 specific people that he wants to jump up on and has a hard time controlling himself.
We are due to take the CGC in a few months and I really want to get this behavior under control.
My ultimate goal is therapy work.
