Can anyone recommend a good doodle groomer in Cincinnati?

Here is what happened

Okay, I am a first time doodle owner and my Cally went in for her first grooming today and I was horrified when I picked her up. I only took her in for a sanitary cut and asked them not to touch her face....not only did they touch her face...they shaved it! I specifically told them she is a doodle to and they gave her a poodle face! Needless to say I am finding a new groomer.

Edit: There is nothing wrong with a poodle cut but they are for poodles. I have never even heard of shaving a doodles face so you can imagine my surprise when I noticed her nose and between her eyes was shaved and not trimmed.

I've struggled with finding a good groomer too.  I tried Heather who owns Bath & Bubbles in Clermont County, she did a great job, I told her what I wanted and that's exactly what she did.  She's experienced and understands doodles. I was very disappointed with how long my dog was there, I think she was doing other dogs in-between bathing and cutting.  I will try her again but book my appointment 1st thing in the morning with the expectation of a shorter appointment.

Thanks, good information!  We share this experience too.
