REMINDER: Dec. 4th, 1st-Sunday Doodle Romp at FIDOS

Hi everyone, its that time again, to get out with our doodles for a great time of doodle rompimg and conversing with fellow doodle heads... how time flies!

The next 1st-Sunday Portland Area Doodle Romp is scheduled for this Sunday, Dec. 4th, from 1-3pm at Fido's Indoor Dog Park. As long as we have at least 6 doodles attending, admission will be $5 per doodle, otherwise it will be $10. I noticed a couple weeks ago, while at Fidos with Lucy, that they'd announced our romp in their monthly newsletter, so maybe we'll have a larger turn out this time. Not that we didn't have a good number last time. The more the merrier, I say!

Fido's is located at 4949 SE 25th Ave (near SE 26th and Raymond in Portland). So sorry we did not make this months romp, so busy with the Xmas season. Will see you in January for the next romp.

I think you and many others had the same sentiment, as only 6 doodles showed up at Sunday's romp. I had a feeling this month's would be a little scarce due to the holiday season. The doods that showed seemed to have a great time... many were 1st timers... Roxie and Milo come immediately to mind (mini chocolate labradoodle, and goldendoodle, respectively). I'm not sure I caught the names of the others. Obie was there (not his 1st rodeo) and hit the ground running. Lucy always enjoys herself and comes home well worn out. I'm sure next month will see more doodles, and I do hope the newcomers return :)
