Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum
My Sunny is 11 months old and she is currently eating Wellness Large Breed Puppy dry food. I hear so much about this food and that, I really wonder what food others are using. I am not interested in cooking for Sunny, I barely cook for myself. I also am not interested in raw food, any other ideas would be helpful. Sunny has never had any stomach issues or allergies.
Thanks
Pat and Sunny

In a week my pup will also be a year old. I have him on Orijen puppy formula right now, but will switch him to the Orijen Six Fish formula. A lot of people here on the forum feed Orijen and it is at the top of the recommended foods list for the community.
Orijen has various formulas that you can pick from and rotate. You generally can only find Orijen in privately owned small businesses, however.
You can switch to adult formula around now if you want to. I feed my dogs Orijen.
Well, I know that Karen in The Food Group says that you don't really need a large breed food unless your puppy will top 90 lbs. You ought to join The food Group and look at the recommended list of foods. There are many great choices there! I feed my three Zignature. They seem to love it. They just added a new Kangaroo flavor. If you feed one of the top brands you usually have choices of flavors within the line can rotate. That helps keep them interested in the food and helps prevent allergies.
Hello! Sunny is so cute! Our Ollie is 11 months old too! He's an F1b. We've been feeding Ollie Canidae that we order from Chewy.com. He seems to do well on it, I also sprinkle some apple cider vinegar on his food in the morning (supposed to be great for their skin and hips later in life etc).
