So our Cooper is about to turn 7 months and I am at the end with him. Long story short I am exusted. No matter what I do he doesn't listen to me at all. He bites me, jumps on me and everything else you can imagine. Kids dont want have nothing to do with him since all he does is bitting them. Our poor cat stays under bed almost all day because when he gets him he drags him through the house. Now the thing is when my husband is around he wont do a thing...! Is been cussing a lot of arguments between me and my husband.
And yes I walk him every day, play with him, get him bones and toys. Take him on car rides. We tried shock collar but that didn't face him at all.

What did u all do?

Yayaya jk... I am not giving up.
Cooper isn't the only one, my Nola is a wild child some days. I just posted "piranha puppy" & was directed to read this thread. Hoping I can pick up some tips from reading through here because my arms & ankles can't take much more biting. I wish they made little rubber caps to cover the sharp teeth. Our vet kindly informed us that puppies typically loose the sharpest last. (Joy!) I am sure the look on my face said it all after I heard that. Lol
Cooper lost all his baby teeth and let me tell you the new one don't feel much better... Sorry...but he definitely doesn't bite me as much as he did. I been sooo firm with him last few days...sometimes I feel bad but I really can't take it anymore lol. I kinda wish I was listing to my husband from day 1 because he is the dog you would love around him. Good luck.

It will get better!! Get Cooper some puppy playdates. Dogs are the best teachers for mouthing behaviors...they let each other know real quick what's not acceptable.

I second puppy play dates! I didn't even think of that because I have two dogs but Loki (my older doodle) probably taught the puppy more about biting and nipping than I ever could.
