lol yes, crusty winky!
is this normal?
Oliver has some crust on his boy parts.
Technically it's on the hair, at the tip of his boy parts - but that hair does get a little crusty from his urine.
Is this normal?

Okay, gotta admit I saw this in my inbox and my first thought was which one? <giggle>
Like others have said, it sounds like it's probably urine droplets drying on the hair. I keep my boyz trimmed there so there's less hair to catch the urine (they don't shake it off like human males do either) and if it starts getting "crusty" between trims a warm washcloth is a quick fix. If you're concerned I'd check with your vet, but if it's an actual infection you should see a bit of ooze (sorry if this is too graphic, gang) at the tip of his sheath as well.
That's a little odd. Can you watch to see if his urine is coming out in a straight line or spraying? I'd try to wipe it down with a clean wet towel and make sure the hair at the tip isn't causing a sprinkler effect. Maybe trim the tummy hair if it's super long. Boomer's only issue is that he'll sometimes pee directly onto his paw.. but that's more of a my-dog-is-oblivious thing.
