So our Olly is now 9,5 weeks old and not shedding a bit... We are happy with that and have our fingers crossed he will stay like that. But we are aware that his coat can change to a shedding one, so I am wondering at what age your non shedding puppy became a shedding one?
Below are pictures of his coat now, pictures were taken last week:
p.s. don't worry, it will not change anything if he does become a shedder, besides that we need to vacuum more ;)

briggs is 6 months old and hasn't shed yet. from what i have read on here is that around 7-9 months they start getting their adult coat, which causes matting and they shed then, and after all of the adult coat comes in you will find out if you have a shedder or not. you might want to check out the grooming group. i believe there is more info in there.
Luna has shed since day 1, got worse after her adult came in at about 8 months.
Honestly the shedding doesn't bother me much - just vacuum a bit more and keep a lint roller at work ;)
What 'gen' is Enzo? Zoe is an F1B goldendoodle, and I'm expecting no shedding, which thus far we've had none....
Well I have an aussiedoodle not a golden so the coat is a bit different, australian shepherds are big time shedders. Our girl is now 10 months old and she may leave a strand or two behind but that is it. We brush her every day with a rake like comb that takes out her undercoat, this may help somewhat. At ten months, when she is groomed and brushed out, her coat feels like soft cotton candy. Your dog may never shed more than a hair or two and keeping up the brushing helps and demats as well.
Oh, Nimbus, you are sooooo adorable!
Thank you, Nancy!
Thank you, Ro! I can't wait for the next Romp, either.
Nimbus was neutered today. I picked him up at 1:30 and he is still totally out of it. I wonder if they gave him too much anesthesia. I'll attach 2 pictures. One I would title: Big brother taking care of little brother (my son and puppy)
