Help! Kiwi is 8 wks old and her color is changing rapidly! Has this happened to anyone else?

Here is our second time seeing kiwi and she def is changing colors...has anyone had their chocolate baby start to turn blond?

What an amazing colored doodle!  So excited to see how she turns out even though we didn't get our coco bear we will love her no matter what color she changes into!

It was described to me by a breeder that poodles "carry" certain color genes and thus the parent colors are not always a great indication of what the puppies' colors will be. For instance, this particular breeder bred a white mini golden doodle to a chocolate standard poodle and got apricot puppies in the litter. I think you'll find a lot of people on here whose dogs look nothing like either parent dog.
